Tuition is Per Student: Monthly Payments are due the FIRST week of each month. NO monthly or semi-annual payment notices are sent. An account is past due if not paid by the 10th of the month, unless the office has been notified of a payment coming late. After the 10th, a $10 late fee is due in addition to the regular payment. Tuition is based upon number of weeks in the ballet year and not per month.
Families with more than one dancer receive a 10% discount on the younger siblings’ tuition. However, this does not apply to recital fees and cannot be combined with annual discount.
Tuition is non-refundable regardless of class attendance. Excused missed classes may be made up within a month’s time.
Payments may be made with a check or credit card. Checks should be written to Perimeter Ballet and mailed or left in drop box outside the Ballet Office. If you set up recurring check payments from your bank, please notify them checks need to be received by the 10th of each month. To pay by credit card, request/fill out a credit card authorization form and your account will be charged automatically the first week of each month. If you have one student and wish to pay monthly, you may also pay online by clicking "Make a Payment" in the upper right corner of our homepage. No annual payments via credit card.
Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships are available based on need and approval of ballet administration. To inquire about a scholarship, email email@example.com.
Withdraws: A 30 day notice is required if a student wishes to withdraw and payment is required for that period. If a student withdraws after paying the recital fee, they will receive the costume ordered but not a fee refund.
Notification of Absence: If your child will be absent, please call or email the Ballet Office.
Class Observation: After September, we encourage parents to come and observe a class. To observe a class, please notify the ballet office of when you would like to come. When you observe a class, do not bring younger children, keep your cell phone on silent, and no “coaching.”
Recital Fee Per Dancer: Due by December 1 and payable by check or online (click "Make a Payment" in upper right corner of our homepage). A late fee of $10 will be applied if received after December 10th unless arrangements have been made for a late payment.
